I hope your jewelry brings you joy.

But if it doesn’t feel quite right, here’s how I handle returns.

1) Contact me

Please contact me here on bigcartel via the contact form or email me at [email protected]. I’ll provide all the instructions and guide you through the process.

2) Right of withdrawal

You have the right to change your mind within 14 calendar days of receiving your jewelry, meaning you have 14 calendar days to return it. Return shipping is at your expense.

3) Conditions of return

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure your jewelry is:

-> Returned within the legal timeframe.

-> In its original condition.

-> Not worn beyond a simple try-on.

-> Not damaged.

-> In its original packaging.

You are welcome to open the package, admire the piece, and try it on just as you would in a store.

If the item shows signs of wear beyond that, I may need to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

4) Refunds

Once I receive and check your returned item, you can choose:

-> A refund to your original payment method, processed within 7 business days.

OR

-> A store credit, valid for 30 calendar days.

5) Custom & personalised orders

Custom pieces are made especially for you and cannot be refunded, unless I made a mistake.

If something isn’t right, please send me:

-A photo of the approved design or jewellery that I sent you for validation.

-A photo of the piece you received.

If I confirm the mistake, you can choose :

-> A full refund :

I will cover the return shipping.

The item must be returned within 7 calendar days, in its original packaging, undamaged.

OR

-> Keep the piece and receive store credit equal to 1/3 of its value, valid for 30 calendar days.

6) Exchanges

I don’t offer direct exchanges because of logistical reasons.

If you’d like another piece:

-Return your original item following the conditions above.

-Receive your refund.

-Place a new order for the piece you want.

7) Damage items in transit

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please send me photos as soon as possible.

I will assess the damage and offer either a store credit or a partial refund depending on the severity.

This helps you get value for your purchase while also helping me cover the cost of my work and materials.
